Terms And Conditions
- Damaged item sent for cleaning will be returned without processing.
- Buttons should be removed from ladies’ dresses and coats before sending to Martinizing Laundry. Martinizing Laundry will not be responsible for breakage or damage to the buttons.
- Customers should count the pieces before delivery & pick-up.
- Martinizing Laundry is not responsible for items left by customers in their clothes. Unnoticed items found will be reported and returned to the customer.
- The laundry gives no guarantee for fabrics that are not colourfast or tend to shrink. We will adopt processes which, in our opinion, are best suited for the fabric’s texture and condition, but cannot be responsible for damage due to weak, tender, defective, or adulterated material that was not obvious prior to processing.
- Martinizing Laundry will not be responsible for any loss or damage to clothes left in the laundry or any of its branches after three months from the receiving date.
- Please present the receipt when claiming your clothes.
- While handing over the garments, inform our counter staff about the type of stain, if any, to facilitate removing it.
- Claims & complaints should be reported within 24 hours starting from 4:00 PM the following day, except for clothes received on Thursday, which will be ready on Saturday after 10:00 AM. This applies to holidays too.
- Payment should be made before delivery. Items will not be delivered unless all dues are settled.
- Martinizing Laundry reserves the right to charge a minimum order amount of BD 3.500 if the items remain undelivered after two attempts. The customer should contact management to arrange delivery with additional charges.
- The laundry will reimburse customers for items lost or damaged by Martinizing Laundry. Damage does not include normal wear and tear. Maximum reimbursement will not exceed ten times the Martinizing cleaning charges for the said items. Reimbursement will be made within sixty (60) days from the date of the claim.
- Discount cards will not be applicable with running promotions and are non-transferable.

- سيتم إرجاع أي قطعة تالفة يتم إرسالها للتنظيف دون معالجتها.
- يجب إزالة الأزرار من فساتين ومعاطف السيدات قبل إرسالها إلى مغسلة مارتينايزينج. المغسلة غير مسؤولة عن كسر أو تلف الأزرار.
- يجب على العملاء عد القطع قبل التسليم والاستلام.
- مغسلة مارتينايزينج غير مسؤولة عن أي أغراض يتركها العملاء داخل ملابسهم. سيتم الإبلاغ عن أي أغراض يتم العثور عليها وإعادتها للعميل.
- لا تقدم المغسلة أي ضمان للأقمشة التي لا تثبت ألوانها أو المعرضة للانكماش. سنعتمد المعالجة التي نراها الأنسب لقوام القطعة وحالتها، لكننا لا نتحمل مسؤولية التلف الناتج عن ضعف أو عيوب في المادة غير الظاهرة قبل المعالجة.
- لن تكون المغسلة مسؤولة عن أي مطالبات تتعلق بفقدان أو تلف الملابس المتروكة في المغسلة أو أي من فروعها بعد مرور ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ الاستلام.
- يرجى تقديم هذا الإيصال عند استلام ملابسك.
- أثناء تسليم الملابس، يرجى إبلاغ موظفي الاستقبال بنوع البقعة (إن وجدت) لتسهيل إزالتها إن أمكن.
- يجب الإبلاغ عن المطالبات والشكاوى خلال 24 ساعة ابتداءً من الساعة 4:00 مساءً من اليوم التالي، باستثناء الملابس المستلمة يوم الخميس والتي ستكون جاهزة يوم السبت بعد الساعة 10:00 صباحاً. يسري هذا نظام أيضاً خلال العطلات واللاعياد.
- يجب إتمام الدفع قبل التسليم. لن يتم تسليم القطع إلا بعد تسوية المستحقات.
- تحتفظ مغسلة مارتينايزينج بالحق في فرض رسوم حد أدنى للطلب بقيمة 3.500 دينار بحريني، في حال بقيت القطع دون تسليم بعد محاولتين. يجب على العميل التواصل مع الإدارة لترتيب التسليم مع دفع رسوم إضافية.
- ستقوم المغسلة بالتعويض عن القطع التي تضيع أو تتلف بسبب مغسلة مارتينايزينج. لا يشمل التلف البلى والتمزق الطبيعي. لن يتجاوز الحد الأقصى للتعويض عشرة أضعاف رسوم التنظيف لتلك القطعة. سيتم صرف التعويض خلال ستين (60) يوماً من تاريخ المطالبة.
- بطاقات الخصم لا تنطبق مع العروض الترويجية الحالية وغير قابلة للتحويل.
