Normal Laundry Services is available within 24 hours without any extra charge excluding Friday and Public Holidays.

Express Laundry Services is available within 12 hours from 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Express laundry services is offered at 50% extra charge.

Super Express Laundry Services is available from Salihiya branch only within 6 hours from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. Express laundry services is offered at 100% extra charge.

1. Damaged item sent for cleaning will be returned without processing.
2. Buttons should be removed from ladies dresses and coats before sending to Martinizing laundry. Martinizing Laundry will not be responsible for breakage and damage to the buttons.
3. Customers should count the pieces before delivery & pick up.
4. Martinizing Laundry is not responsible for item left by customers in their clothes. Unnoticed items, found will be reported and returned to the customer.
5. For basket orders it is necessary to ensure that customer’s hand over securely tied / closed bags to Martinizing Laundry drivers to avoid disputes over missing items.
6. The laundry gives no guarantee for fabrics that are not colour fast for tend to shrink. We will adopt process which are in our opinion best suited for the fabric’s texture and condition, but cannot be responsible for damage due to weak tender defective or adulterated material not obvious prior to processing.
7. Martinizing Laundry will not be responsible for any claims for loss or damage of cloths left in the laundry or any of its branches after three months from receiving date.
8. Please present this receipt when claiming your cloths.
9. While handing over the garments inform our counter staff about the type of stain, is any to facilitate removing t, if possible.
10. Claims & complaints should be reported within 24 hours from the next day at 04.00 PM except for cloths received on Thursday which will be ready on Sunday morning at 10.00 AM this applies for holidays too.
11. Always present the receipt when claiming your clothes.
12. Payment should be done before the delivery. Item will not be delivered unless dues are settled.
13. Martinizing Laundry reserves the right to charge, minimum order amount BD 3.500, the items remains not delivered after 2 attempts. Customer should contact management to arrange delivery with additional charge.
14. Complaints should be reported within 24 hours during working days from the time of receipt of the items from the laundry.
15. The laundry will reimburse for items lost or damage by Martinizing Laundry, Damage doesn’t include normal tear and weir. Maximum reimbursement will not be exceed ten times of martinizing cleaning charges for the said items. Reimbursement will be made within sixty (60) days from the date of claim.
16. Martinizing Laundry will not be responsible for the item if it remain uncollected after 3 months.
17. Discount cards will not be applicable with running promotions and not transferable.

1. سيتم إرجاع أي قطعة تالفة يتم إرسالها للتنظيف دون معالجتها.
2. يجب إزالة الأزرار من فساتين ومعاطف السيدات قبل إرسالها إلى مغسلة مارتينايزينج. المغسلة غير مسؤولة عن كسر أو تلف الأزرار.
3. يجب على العملاء عد القطع قبل التسليم والاستلام.
4. مغسلة مارتينايزينج غير مسؤولة عن أي أغراض يتركها العملاء داخل ملابسهم. سيتم الإبلاغ عن أي أغراض يتم العثور عليها وإعادتها للعميل.
5. بالنسبة لطلبات السلة (Basket orders)، من الضروري التأكد من أن العميل يسلم الأكياس مغلقة/مربوطة بإحكام لسائقي المغسلة لتجنب أي نزاعات حول القطع المفقودة.
6. لا تقدم المغسلة أي ضمان للأقمشة التي لا تثبت ألوانها أو المعرضة للانكماش. سنعتمد المعالجة التي نراها الأنسب لقوام القطعة وحالتها، لكننا لا نتحمل مسؤولية التلف الناتج عن ضعف أو عيوب في المادة غير الظاهرة قبل المعالجة.
7. لن تكون المغسلة مسؤولة عن أي مطالبات تتعلق بفقدان أو تلف الملابس المتروكة في المغسلة أو أي من فروعها بعد مرور ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ الاستلام.
8. يرجى تقديم هذا الإيصال عند استلام ملابسك.
9. أثناء تسليم الملابس، يرجى إبلاغ موظفي الاستقبال بنوع البقعة (إن وجدت) لتسهيل إزالتها إن أمكن.
10. يجب الإبلاغ عن المطالبات والشكاوى خلال 24 ساعة من اليوم التالي في تمام الساعة 04:00 مساءً، باستثناء الملابس التي يتم استلامها يوم الخميس، حيث تكون جاهزة يوم الأحد صباحاً في تمام الساعة 10:00، وينطبق هذا أيضاً على العطلات الرسمية.
11. يجب دائماً تقديم الإيصال عند المطالبة بملابسك.
12. يجب إتمام الدفع قبل التسليم. لن يتم تسليم القطع إلا بعد تسوية المستحقات.
13. تحتفظ مغسلة مارتينايزينج بالحق في فرض رسوم حد أدنى للطلب بقيمة 3.500 دينار بحريني، في حال بقيت القطع دون تسليم بعد محاولتين. يجب على العميل التواصل مع الإدارة لترتيب التسليم مع دفع رسوم إضافية.
14. يجب الإبلاغ عن الشكاوى خلال 24 ساعة خلال أيام العمل من وقت استلام القطع من المغسلة.
15. ستقوم المغسلة بالتعويض عن القطع التي تضيع أو تتلف بسبب مغسلة مارتينايزينج. لا يشمل التلف البلى والتمزق الطبيعي. لن يتجاوز الحد الأقصى للتعويض عشرة أضعاف رسوم التنظيف لتلك القطعة. سيتم صرف التعويض خلال ستين (60) يوماً من تاريخ المطالبة.
16. لن تكون المغسلة مسؤولة عن القطعة في حال بقيت دون استلام بعد مرور 3 أشهر.
17. بطاقات الخصم لا تنطبق مع العروض الترويجية الحالية وغير قابلة للتحويل.
